Khaos Killfeed Subscription Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to Khaos Killfeed, a Discord bot dedicated to providing detailed PvP and PvE player data for the PC game DayZ. These terms and conditions govern your subscription to our service.
2. Subscription Options
Users may select a subscription option ranging from 1 to 12 months. By selecting a subscription option, you agree to enter into a full-term agreement with Khaos Killfeed.
3. Pricing
Subscription pricing varies based on the duration selected. Longer subscription durations (above 1 month) are offered at discounted prices compared to a single month subscription.
4. Non-Refundable
All subscriptions are non-refundable once the service has commenced. Once you have selected and paid for a subscription option, you are committed to the full term of the subscription.
5. Fulfilment of Subscription
Users must fulfil the full term of the subscription they have entered into. Cancelling a subscription before the end of the agreed-upon term is not permitted, except as outlined in section 6.
6. Cancellation
Cancellation of a subscription before the end of the agreed-upon term is only permitted under exceptional circumstances, such as a breach of these terms by Khaos Killfeed or technical issues preventing access to the service. 7. Modifications
Khaos Killfeed reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the subscription service, including pricing and features, at any time without prior notice.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
